Identity is name + ZIP level (a federal donor by that name in that ZIP), and party "lean" is inferred from which party's committees received the donor's dollars (ActBlue → Dem, WinRed → Rep included). Delivered fields: name, city, ZIP, employer, occupation, contribution count, total given, and party split.
