Terms of Use

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VoterVault ("we," "us," or "our"), a political voter-data marketplace. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we do

VoterVault provides bulk verified voter records derived from public state voter-registration files to campaigns, political consultants, PACs, and advocacy organizations. We are a data marketplace. We do not conduct voter outreach ourselves, do not offer polling or campaign strategy, and do not give legal, financial, or electoral advice.

2. Lawful use only

By purchasing a list you attest that you are an authorized political or advocacy organization using the data for lawful political, electoral, or advocacy purposes in compliance with all applicable federal and state campaign-finance, data-privacy, and telemarketing laws. You may not use our data for commercial marketing, employment decisions, credit decisions, housing decisions, or any purpose prohibited by law.

Voter files obtained from us must not be resold, relicensed, or redistributed to third parties without our express written consent.

3. Not affiliated with the government

VoterVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal or state election authority, board of elections, or government agency. Voter data is sourced from publicly available state voter-registration files.

4. Data accuracy

Voter records are derived from public files and are provided as-is. Record counts, addresses, and contact details reflect the source file at the time of build and may change. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Delivery counts are locked at checkout; counts displayed while browsing are good-faith estimates from the same underlying data.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoterVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or the data.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
